I work as a software engineer and due to my work my back has gone to shit.
Since my childhood I had scoliosis, doctors noticed one of my shoulder is lower than the other(I was around 16 yrs old).
They scared the shit out of me to go the therapy and such. Hometown wasn't a very safe place. So I did some workout at home, found a website but it wasn't regural so it wasn't effective.
Now I'm 25 yrs old and sometimes my pain hurts like hell. To restrain the pain I started to doing it again, I can fit it to my timetable luckily. Also I'm considering yoga.
Have you got any similiar illness? If yes how do you treat it?
>>54422327
go to traumatologist, her gonna get you xrays, check your legs, spine, rule out herniated discs
work out your CORE muscles, "williams" routine exercises are god send for me
try to stand more, and often rather than sitting, sitting really fucks up peoples back its not natural to rest the whole torso weight on the spine
>>54422520
basically GET FIT so your lift and stand your weight on your muscles, not your spine
youll feel much better
>>54422520
>>54422526
Try to work STANDING up , get a tall stool, just try it, youll see the difference night and day
Install Gentoo
>it's another sunnyD thread
what's up with that
>>54422321
What's actually wrong with it again?
Other than
>it's new so it must be shit
Share heat maps from mouse movement, clicks, and keystrokes.
>inb4 hurr durr razer
I have no regrets buying this mouse.
>>54422241
Pretty cool.
I actually wanted to write something similar for looniks once.
A keyboard heatmap with a realtime WPM graph would be pretty dope.

More like Windows Nein, am I rite? As in, say NEIN to Windows!
Why is everyone saying the GTX1080's $600 pricetag is reasonable/less-than-expected? The 980 (the 1080's 900 series equivalent) was $550. Hell, the 580 was $500 when I bought it in 2011, and that wasn't considered cheap.
I'm a little out of the GPU loop, am I missing something?
AMD openly stated they won't be competing with the 1070/1080, so they can price it accordingly. That and they showed a card that could hit 2.1ghz on stage, so the performance should be insane no matter what.
It was meant to replace the 980 Ti, not the 980. 1080 Ti comes later if it does at all.
>>54422220
Is there any reason to believe there wont be a 1080ti?
What do you think about ChaletOS?
>>54422107
Looks like shit.

why?

Who /775/ here? just ordered a q6600 to install on an older motherboard. Anyone have any experience ocing this little fucker?
I pushed my core 2 to the absolute limit by ocing the shit out if it. It gave me a 12% boost in performance after a 40% clock boost.
Was a pretty big waste of time and money ($30 cooler)
>>54421850
Im using a desktop with E8400 right now.
I keep buying 775 motherboards to install X5450 xeons because I get a kick out of it. What's wrong with me
Ill start,
Remember when these slider zipper bags came out snd they were hot shit?
Double the price and so many design flaws
>>54421800
Screw you, I still use those!
>>54421800
Fuck you, they're useful
>>54421800
You're an unnecessary creation of the 90s.
What does /G/ think of a i7 5820k paired up with crossfire r9 380x's? Thinking of getting that.

just bought a "gaming" laptop with 860m gtx, i7-4810mq, 500~gb ssd and 16gb ram for £250, good buy or was i fucked in the arse?
>>54421658
Terrible sell it to me for same price
"yes"
Alright /g/,
I bought an i7 3.2GHz, 36GB RAM, dual radeon r9 fury x, 4 * 256GB SSDs gaming computer for $200.
Did i get fucked?
owners of 980 ti's and titan x's, how do you feel knowing your gpu is slower than the next $350 "1070" card?
>http://www.geforce.com/hardware/10series/geforce-gtx-1080
your resell values are terrible. $250 tops for cards that went for $650 - $1,000.
>i can relate, i currently have a 980 ti
>Skipped 980
>Wasn't a problem at all because nothing except one game (W3) has justified the purchase in the last 3 years
Waitbros won
Been in this game since the FX days. I expect my card to be 1/2 as fast as the next gen at 90% of the cost.
Luckily, NZ is half a year behind the curve and the 980ti strix I have are still 1.1k.
How do i know if my computer can upgrade to the 1080?
So I'm in my last year of CS. I will probably graduate around May of 2017. I live in Canada.
What are some must do things to do before I graduate? I haven't done coop yet, but I applied to make an app for a local business. After that is done, I plan on trying to intern somewhere in town. Every time I search for stuff almost nothing comes up. The lowest level jobs around here seem to require1 or 2 years of experience with something.
My GPA is like 3.2, and will probably go up because I have a bunch of easy elective courses to take between now and graduation.
How do you not have 1-2 years of experience? When I came out of college I atleast had three years with a language
>>54421624
How did you manage 36 months in 4 years? You go to school September to April and then get May to August off. May to August is 4 months, and you only get 3 summers off in a 4 year degree, so the most experience you could have is 12 months.
I was going to do coop in 2nd year, but I transferred to an online school that doesn't have a coop program, so I have to arrange everything myself.
>>54421699
You know if you actually you're supposed to study in your own time, right?
What do you guys think about Broadwell-E. From what I've seen on OCN they aren't great overlockers. I mainly use my rig for CPU intensive games like Arma 3 and GTA V. What are the chances that future games will utilize 6-10 cores?
>>54421494
The chances are 26
>>54421494
Zero.
