Is it just me or hard drive aren't getting any bigger ?
It's 2016, I expected 10To hard drive for 150€ or something but no. I get nothing.
I guess they're focusing on ssds, 8tb for 250€ is decent

It's a requirement at literally every job and university to have it. I don't fucking use it outside of it, but in the case of this guy I never looked him up nor added him or anything like that. I didn't even think he had a fb because he's an old dude, probably a requirement at his firm too.

I do not claim to be an expert on GPUs, I just want to know if I'm on the right track here.
Using pic related as my data source (the 1080p numbers specifically), the gtx 960 has ~66% the power of the gtx 970 (44.9 fps/68.3 fps = 0.657). The 960 launched for $199, while the 970 launched for $329, so that means the 960 has 60% the price of the 970.
If the 1070 and 1060 have the same ratio of price and performance relative to each other that the 970 and 960 did, then the 1060 will have 60% the price of the 1070 and 66% of its performance. 66% of the 1070's 111.9 fps average is 73.8 fps, and it would cost 60% of the price of the 1070, so $227.60 for the base MSRP and $269.40 for the "Founders Edition" bullshit.
So if the RX 480 holds up to AMD's claims of being between an R9 390 and a gtx 980, then the 8gb version of the RX 480 has a very slightly better price/performance ratio of my estimate for the 1060's price and performance. All Nvidia has to do is price the 1060 at less than $230 and keep the performance on par with a gtx 980 or better and it will beat the RX 480 in price/performance.
For the 1050 using the same method, it would have 48% of the price of the 1070 ($184.31 MSRP), and 58% of the performance. Assuming the 4gb 480 is on par with an R9 390, then the 1050 has 85% the performance and 93% the price. Nvidia would need to price the 1050 at $170 or less (which isn't too far fetched, the 950 launched for $160) to have a better price/performance than the 480, but that might not be the comparison people are making because there might be an RX 470.
How likely is it that Nvidia actually responds to competition and prices the 1060 and 1050 competitively? I mean looking at the Steam hardware survey, they sure do sell a lot more cards in the 970 or below range than they do higher end cards, and Nvidia can probably afford to take lower profit margins in order to maintain their huge market share.

Livestreamer issue. I have been using it with VLC and it starts artifacting and stuttering like this, with MPC-HC it does the same thing, and with BSPLAYER the audio starts getting delayed by literal fucking seconds and theres nothing I can do to fix it.
Even fucking TWITCH with flash performs better, I reinstalled my livestreamer and I restarted my PC and whatnot, what is causing this issue, and what other player should I try?
