I never had to serve anything but if I did I am not advanced enough to use scripts, I know that I would use FTPzilla as FTP server, Apache as web server, What more is there? not being a smartass but since this thread is here I'll make it interesting and maybe someone can enlighten me also.

I was going to impulse buy a microserver today (100USD for 500GB X4, SATA 16GB RAM, 2X Xeon E5345,) but I got distracted at work and forgot to bid for it.
