Im rebuilding my ok-ish PC and i want to duel boot linux and windows since i might need windows for a few games. What linux distro should i get? Ive used xubuntu in the past on some shit tier laptop before i had my PC and it was pretty good im thinking on using it again. Advice?

Is the Moto X Play a good alternative?
It has all the things I'm looking for, but I've heard performance wise isn't as great as the N5. Is it true?

Apparently it comes with a secondary screen on the top that displays notifications when the main screen is off and a favorites bar when its on. Also has a fingerprint reader on the power button, otherwise they're pretty much the same phone.

Can i run it with a nvidia 980 TI?

You might bottleneck it a bit because of the old bus speed. But if your PSU drives it, it should work. Dont expect any special perfomance
A Pentium D would be a huge bottleneck to a 980Ti. I'd say check the compatibility of your board and get at least a Core2Quad or do the Xeon pinmod if the board supports it.

Is this suddenly a problem? If you run a wireless hotspot you can mitm the certs and just present your own to the clients. This is what most companies do to monitor browsing. I believe only Google protects against that.

Hey /g/ need some quick advice.
I have a small B&B and need a router that can have about 25/35 devices connected to it and decent-ish range. I have shitty 10 mb/s internet so high speed doesnt matter.
I'm currently using some shitty never heard of brand router provided by my isp, so a lot of devices have trouble connecting.
I was looking at a TP-LINK Archer C2 (pic related), what router would you guys recommend?

Use it with openWRT configure it well enough and you will have a stable enough and relatively fast network for all those devices.

You could maybe contact the manufacturer and give them the s/n to make sure it's not been part of a crime or it's a forgery, you might get some reward for returning it, probably won;t, but worth a try.
It's pretty heavy. Got a motherboard on the back etc.
I doubt it's stolen. Who's going to steal something like this and then leave it outside their house.
