Just picked up a new 5960x last night from amazon for $805 shipped, getting a 5% cash back from my credit card should lower the total cost to $764. Completely depends on your case. Also, you do realize that investing in watercooling with those parts is completely nonsensical. If you're doing it for the fun/cool hobby factor that's fine, but your money would be much better spent on new components. Watercooling is best paired with an already great setup as a cherry on top rather than a way of enhancing outdated stuff.

I have 1gbps internet speed. But I have a problem.
When I download something via Mega.co.nz (really good speed), it gets nice speeds of up to 40-50 MB/s, but only for few secs, the speed drops drastically after it, sometimes down to like 4-5 MB/s.
Also, even with 30% of Gigabit ethernet usage, the webs dont load. The HDD is fine (S.M.A.R.T. status is Good).
Superfecth and Windows Search services are disabled.
