The argument about it creating a "sexually toxic environment" is totally valid; the media we consume affects the way we perceive the world around us, and pornography has a very strong incentivizing effect to continue consuming it. Commercial production and distribution of pornography should be banned. If you want to distribute a GPL sex tape I don't think there's a need for legal repercussions, but career pornographers are cultural poison.
