> angular 2
> is called angular despite not having to do anything with angular 1.x at all
> wants to bully you into using typescript, usage of js is discouraged and it's a chore to write in JS
> they literally want you to learn a special language to use their framework
> good luck debugging your .ts code in a browser!
> plain .js code is not compatible with .ts code, you need to convert it to .ts or create a .d.ts
> HTML code inside of Strings in .ts files
> HTML code that is not necessarily valid HTML by itself

Are there any serious frontend framework alternatives to this fiasco?

>ts is required

Stop lying and learn es6.

I'm with you on the angular hate though, Aurelia shows promise. http://aurelia.io/
>>
>>51600620
In the angular 2 community there is open hate for JS/es5/es6 and Google itself encourages the usage of Typescript.
React.js looks just as bad as Angular2.

How come people can make a living writing the next big .js framework anyways? Who pays them?

why not?

Because we barely understand how human minds work, never mind replicating them.

Being an open-source software slut, I'd like to have a nice free flash player with full browser support that ISN'T from Adobe. Is it really too much to ask?

I am planning on buying the Nexus 6 tonight if it goes on sale, but I am second guessing whether or not I should. I don't see what is so great about it when it does not have a removable battery, no expandable storage, no fingerprint scanner and isn't water resistant. It just looks nice and is quick. It also has pure android, but you could just flash that onto pretty much any other device. The phone is also really big which I consider to be a con.

What's so great about the N6 /g/?

I bought one, though I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Sounds like a generally good phone and comes with stock Android, so I thought it sounded good. Still trying to decide on which case to get though.
>>
I too am considering a Nexus 6 to replace my Nexus 5. I don't really need a new phone though so I'm reluctant.

Hey /g/uys. I'm trying to build a computer, and I've been using PCPartPicker to do it, but today I looked at some of the parts on their websites instead of on PCPartPicker, and I noticed that the prices are often higher than listed on PCPartPicker. My question is, is there some kind of website where you can upload a list of parts and it will find the cheapest prices for all the parts on the list?

Well the part is OP there is no such thing where a website can find 100% of all peices that are the cheapest and most improtantly reliable , i can relate to this because of one of my builds on a pc im working i found it cheaper and better parts on micro center rather than pc part picker

Post your list.

probably a virus

So I don't know why I'm still surprised that people from rich countries pirate software and media.

As a guy from an eastern europe country, I was told all my life that we are still poor because of the immorality and disrespect for the laws, and that we needed to replace these traits for better ones like these from western EU, US and Japan.

Even in the school we were told that rich countries are rich thanks to the respect for Intelectual Property that gives incentive to the people.

But when I earned some money and traveled I don't understood why would the americans, canadians, english and swedish pirate all that shit if to them the products are cheaper than there on my country.

So what's your motivation?

I pirated shit throughout school but now that i work i dont anymore.

Pirated games also gave me some nasty viruses.
>>
>>51599562

People underestimate russian trojans in recently pirated games. "False positive" they scream, but they don't really have base those claims on anything but word of mouth. If it just so happened not to be a false positive, they wouldn't know better.

"I didn't notice anything wrong" they insist, unaware that they're part of 5 different botnets.

Humans have a RIGHT to copy share. Not steal, not, horde, but copy and share.

Simple. America and Canada are great because of the personal freedom to do such things. A VPN enables a lot of these freedoms.

Remember when this was the next big thing?

Prediction: the iPhone 7 will bend in a stiff breeze

Is Lenovo still a trustworthy brand or is that rootkit bullshit still an issue?

I wanted to get a Thinkpad X1 Carbon but I may just go with the Dell equivalent if Lenovo is still being a dick about things.

Still a good brand to go with?
