I'm concerned, /g/.
Current blu-rays usually have the capacity of up to 50gb, which is plenty of space for a full hd movie of high quality compression. But the new standard worries me. 4k will not only quadruple the filesize by itself, which should just about fill up the 100gb (which is the maximum specification, there are lesser variants) provided by the UHD Blu-ray. But then what? They have implemented support for an expanded color gamut and hdr, but where is the space for that? Are you telling me they're going to compress muh videos more than blu-rays did? Are we to start seeing artifacts?
A proper 4k hdr film should take up between 100-200gb of space. But there's no place for that now. All we're left with is some fucking compromised version.

Is anyone able to post on 4chan using Firefox? It was working for me yesterday but the city was some maintenance and there so no power from 9am until 5pm and when I got back on and tried posting when using Firefox pic related keeps happening. The only way I can even post right now is by using Internet Explorer but I hate using it.

I've been meaning to switch to a better DAW than FLS; I've tried reason but I hate the piano roll. I think 90% of the reason I'm sticking with lil' baby frooty tooty loops is becuase of the fucking roll. Any suggestions? I'm used to studio-based complexity, so really anything kind of works.

/g/, how should I go about cleaning mouse urine and roach casings from a computer?
I live in a house that's currently infested with both mice and roaches (tfw poor as fuck) and the PC was a gift from a friend, and I opened it up just now and was horrified at what I saw.
I know what to do so I don't carry roaches/mice over to my next place, but I don't know how to get rid of the residual pest gunk.
