Is there a way to rip hardcoded subs from a video into a .srt file?

Have tried subrip and avisubdetector, without any success

Sure, I hope you know image processing, how to program and have a lot of free time.
>>

Hardcoded...You mean rendered into the video? Listen, just cave and write it up from scratch yourself cause you won't have any success doing what you're asking.
>>
That's like asking if there's any way to rip layers from a .jpg.

Help me with some PhP resources /g/

but anon, I appreciated the logic within its bits and not its specs - the actual machine has little to do with my appreciation.

Much like with human beings anon, it's not the enveloppe that counts but rather the thoughts.

>Decide to finally upgrade to Windows 10
>Try upgrading through that stupid "Get Windows 10" icon
>Gets to "Starting Download" and fucking hangs doing nothing
>Abort that shit
>Try upgrading through Windows Update
>Hangs on 0% downloaded
>Abort that shit
>Download Media Creation Tool
>Run it, select upgrade
>Goes fine until it gets to "Checking For Updates"
>Hangs on that
>Fuck it
>Abort that shit
>"Setup is cleaning up before it closes"
>Fucking hangs on that too

How the hell does Microsoft expect me to have faith in their new OS if they can't even get the upgrade to function correctly?

Sounds like their servers are having issues. I used the media creation tool to make a ISO, burned it, and have clean installed it on several PCs so far. I suggest clean installing.
>>
I literally installed Windows 10 today and it went fast. It may be your PC.

unless you do a clean install you are looking for trouble

Are companies that offer to get you back links for your website legit?

Manually I could get maybe 20-50 back links.
A competitor's company of the same size has 5,000 as they paid someone to do it.

Should I pay someone else also?
It will be £200 + another £20 per month minimum
6 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
>>54498287
no, backlinks like that will get you blacklisted.
>>
>>54498309
That's what I'm thinking, but this company has 5,000 and are substantially higher in the search results than myself.
>>
>>54498366
depends on the links, but even if they are high quality (which I doubt, since you get 5000 of them), google will black list you if you dont already have high ranked sites.

those link exchange sites are used for links to youtube, facebook and other highranked sites which are not in risk of getting blacklisted.

I would advise you, build those links slowly up.

also, do you know on which sites those backlinks will be posted?

Poor performance compared to competition, high power consumption, high heat output.

Then it got killed Redhat and Microsoft who dropped support for it.

The only OSes working on them are HP-UX and SLE for legacy reasons.

What Greasemonkey/TamperMonkey(tm) scripts do you guys use?

I personally only use the mouseover image viewer, makes 4chan and reddit browsing much better, same with most everything. But I'm wondering what else are some good Quality of Life scripts.

Why does /g/ hate Mint? I've been using Mint KDE for a few years and recently switched to Cinnamon. Is it because it's a babby's first Linux?

Hey /g/ I'm in the market for a laptop since my current one is slowly dying.
Problem is, I need a small one, none of that 15,6 shit. The one I have is an Asus 1215b with a 12,1" screen which is perfect for me.
So I am looking for something with
>decent specs, to watch 1080p videos and browsing with lots of tabs
>either 8gb of ram or expandable
>a price under 300 - 350$
>actual storage space, no 32gb flash memory shit
>not ancient, its going to have to last me at least 4-5 years

I hope you can help me.

Why does everyone hate Kali Linux so much?

Is it not viable for pentesting and learning pentesting?
13 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
>>54497232
everyone hates its users that don't know anything and just relay on other people tools
kali as distro just includes every tool you're gonna need -- nothing great that has to be talked about
>>
>>54497306
I'm a beginner in the pentesting linux world, i was a scriptkiddie five years ago.

If i actually want to learn something, where do i go? and what do i use?
>>
>>54497338
Why don't you actually try using kali and stop asking to be spoonfed?

>Google comes up with new emoji to better represent working women
https://archive.is/xJH7L

>Highlights
The Unicode Consortium added a broader spectrum of skin tones last year, but the team from Google is now pushing for equal representation of men and women:

"We suggest decoupling the gender-neutral representation of emoji from this proposal. We would encourage other members of Unicode to join us in creating a system of emoji design that can accommodate a broader gender spectrum.

"... Our proposal is to create a new set of emoji that represents a wide range of professions for women and men with a goal of highlighting the diversity of women's careers and empowering girls everywhere.

"... we chose a representation of industry and manufacturing, and for the tertiary sector, we have included healthcare, technology, business representation (lawyer, financial worker, etc), education, food service, and of course, an aspirational rockstar."
