I spent my life using vim, and endlessly tweaking its config and installing and plugins.
I don't feel much more productive than just using something like VS Code, Notepad++ or even MSVS. Have I wasted my life? Should I have just used emacs from the start?

Is Arch Linux the worst thing about the Linux community?
A breeding ground of undeserved pride and elitism that pollutes otherwise welcoming Linux communities.
>>54992670
Elitists simply know their shit and are not afraid to disclose how retarded you are.
You should take it as an incentive to git gud instead of crying like a little bitch, nobody cares about your feelings you dumb kid.

No, this is just what people think Arch users are like

So I'm looking at the OnePlus 2 phone and it looks incredible for that price, but I only know 1 person who has even ever heard of the brand. Anyone have experience with the OnePlus 2? How does it hold up in terms of durability and quality?
I've heard good things especially in terms of developer support, OP3 is just about to come out though

Hi 4chan, I recently saved a couple of pictures from deviantart, and at first they seemed fine, but the next time i check them on my hard drive to look at them, I get this message, and the pictures have dissapeared from the thumbnails.
I think they might be corrupt and thats why I can't open them anymore. Is it possible to correct an image? Or to download the image again from deviantart after its been deleted?
Dunno much about picture formats but you could try replacing the header by the right one for that format.
First try opening it in a decent image viewer

Where were you when Lenovo single-handedly killed the Moto brand and the great series of X phones it had going on?

i actually like this phone wtf
The front is ugly af, but the thing with the phone already having a good battery and the feature of an extra battery that you just snap on
If the price is right(300-400 usd) then this phone could really be a nice little "innovation"

I need to make HTTPS requests to a web API from an app but I have some identity data that I cannot distribute with the binaries for security reasons, so I have to set up a server from which to make the requests.
Problem is I barely know anything about web servers.
