Why do debit/credit cards have PINs if someone who steals a card can just use it on the Internet without the PIN?
The contatctless payments are more secure, you can usually only use it up to a certain amount of money (~12.50 USD here) three times a day without entering a PIN, so you don't lose that much.
Why isn't the same required for Internet transactions?

They also probably thought it unwise to give home users access to the interface ATM use.

Antergos is basically a really big installer for different flavors of Arch.
Manjaro uses Arch as it's bane, but it has it's own repositories and certain automations so it's basically hand-holding Arch.

My windows 8 pc is starting to run slow, so I'm thinking about just saying fuck it and going with windows 10. I was told to come here so you could talk me out of it, but is it really THAT horrible? I mean I'm pretty sure my android phone is spying on me all the time anyways.

If I'm going to score a film or record instruments/vocals I would use different software, like nuendo. I put FL studio and ableton into different categories... I treat them as song-writing and compositional software, not for intensive work like what is needed for video integration+scoring or recording a band; that's not the say that these software can't do these things, they just don't specialize in these areas like others do, and it would be much easier something else.

Sylenth1 is incredibly resource-light for what it does, that being incredibly accurate analog emulation. It's simplicity makes my life really easy.

Yes, this is my production is my private, very personal artistic outlet. I don't care about people liking my music. I very much make it for myself.

I just started using WPF after spending ages using WinForms like a moron might do.
I want to animate a transition that occurs when you press a button.
I want the controls currently on the window to fade out (which I can do) and then have another set of controls fade in (which I can also do).
However I want to animate a transition between two window sizes, with a vertical and horizontal change. This I have a problem with. Everything I find on StackOverflow seems to be a massively overcomplicated mess to achieve what I assume to be a relatively simple goal (because you're just doing a DoubleAnimate properties) but that doesn't seem to work.

Chose C to begin with as it was what I was told as the best first language by several people.

I bought a friends prebuilt base (he paid 1.5k for it in 2012, I paid 300) anyway, the MOBO came with a VIA HD Audio Soundcard. It is some of the worst sound I have ever heard. Ever. It is so bad I am using my G330 Headset USB just to get decent sound.
