What's your favourite distro and why do you hate the Jews?
My favourite is Arch Linux and I hate the Jews because they are a scheming thieving tribe that needs to be eradicated for prosperity of the white man.

What is the best IDE and why is it Visual Studio 2015?

Although I will admit VS does have some handy features, I honestly prefer to work without an IDE.
My OS is my IDE
So, VS2015 wanted to update, so I let it, after it completed it made me restart the computer and it gave me one of those percentage screens that you get after a windows update.
It stopped at 100%, after about 1 hour I googled it, on MS support pages it told me to reboot, so I did.
It now told me that windows update failed and it was reverting to pre-update.
After 30 min of this, my computer seemed to boot just fine, but then started to throw BSOD's left and right.
Best IDE, indeed.
Literally sitting here trying to get this sorted right now.

Yes. It isn't even officially supported by Android.
Which is why only one phone has that resolution, the Sony Xperia Premium, and it only runs in that resolution in a couple of custom apps.

If the motherboard has video output and the cpu supports it you can try to boot it and see if it posts.
Even if there is no gpu, you can try to power on the board and and understand if it posts from the beeper attached on the motherboard!
