Is this normal? I've just built this fucker and installed a Hyper 212x onto it(yes, I know) - Temps go up to 55 just when downloading, and the clock speed is constantly at 4.4GHZ

Have you changed anything in the BIOS?
Change power setting states. Set lowest cpu state to 5% and also check bios.
But yeah that's normal. It shouldn't go past 80c on aida/prime stress test.

If you can't find out what certs are worthwhile and which are dead-end via the greatest research tool known to mankind, maybe the tech field isn't for you. Scratch that. The tech field definitely isn't for you.
The entire field is basically about research. Applying the knowledge that you researched. If you're too lazy to use one of the multitude of search engines that exist to search something like "worthwhile IT certs 2016" then you aren't wanted.

Is Ruby a good replacement for C++?
Like, lets say I wan't to make a gaymen engine from scratch. Nice, relatively powerful, lightweight, dynamic engine rendering 2D/3D graphics on multiple OS platforms.

Ruby is slow as fuck in comparison to C++. Also the OpenGL bindings for it were kind of abandoned years ago.
Theoretically nothing is stopping you, but I really wouldn't recommend it.

Ruby is slow. It's not multiplatform. Fuck, it barely supports windows. You can check Crystal Lang, which is ruby-like language, but for 3d games there is nothing better than c/c++.

So basically I'm a fucking idiot. I made some changes to my computer (Windows 8.1) that made everything fuck up. I did a system reset that was supposed to save all my important files, and now everything except my documents is fucking gone. All my programs and games are simply gone. What do I do now?

As long as you didn't zero your hard drive or write any new data, you should be able to get it back somehow. Not sure how since I've never been in this situation, but I'm pretty sure not all hope is lost. Good luck anon
