Hey Guys! Need help deciding for a budget GPU.
Currently, I have a AMD Radeon HD 5770. Very old, but still manages to run games like DA:I with playable fps. I'm playing Witcher 2 atm but the card is starting to struggle so it's about time I replace it.
My budget is basically $150.
CPU is an i5 2500k with 8gb ram. I have a 650w PSU and I don't know if that's going to be enough. So if I have to replace it, then I can bump the budget up to $200.
I'd like to play newer games like Witcher 3, with decent fps at medium settings. Also would like to test out some mods for it.
Any suggestions?

Spend $30-$50 more and get a 960 or R9 380. The best thing you can get for $150 is probably a 750ti but those are kind of shit despite what some may tell you.
Your PSU should be fine no matter what you choose.

gtx 950 if you hard on that $150 budget, you MIGHT be able to shwing a 960 for that price.
alternately from amd you might be able to swing a r9 280, 280x or a 380 for that price.
