So, I got a now GTX 960 to replace my 560 Ti that was artifacting. Installed the card and the drivers nicely, but after installing and analyzing the graphs in MSI Afterburner, I noticed that even at 99% GPU usage, the Power graph stays around 70%, like shown here.
Is this a normal behavior or is this related to the PSU?

I've been using Debian as my first Linux distribution after switching over from Windows, and I am really enjoying it. I've gotten used to it now and I think I'm going to be a Debian tard for the rest of my Linux days. Sidenote: I've been using Centos 7 as well, have heard great things about it as a server distro, but also many good things about Debian as a server distro and haven't been able to differentiate much difference between them other than ones RPM (Red Hat) and the other isn't....
