Why is it called ricing?

How is quantum computing supposed to work?
Instead of operating on classical bits, quantum computers can operate on qbits, which can exist in superposition. So computations can be done, if you design them correctly, that operate on these superpositions instead of on classical bits. I just pre-ordered the Galaxy S7 with a skin (pic related). However I just found out Samsung doesn't implement the memory pooling feature introduced in marshmallow, so the sd card doesn't integrate with the internal memory of the phone. Is there any way to fix this? Maybe by altering the software a bit or creating an xposed module?
Any help would be appreciated.

theres really no difference in FPS
even the proponents of i7 talk mostly about occasional FPS dips, not some consistent increase
and even that in some games (most games are fine with 4 threads)
it all comes down on how rich you are
but I am of an opinion that if you are going for regular i7, then you should rather go for socket 2011 and get the real deal, like i7 5820k, it should be similarly priced and you aget actual real 6 cores and 12 threads, with higher quality chip, bettter temps and overclocking, no thermal paste but soldering die on heatspreader...
mobo might cost you extra $50 too though, but come on, if you were going for regular i7 that should not be a deal breaker
