Well, I'm no expert, but I look at a LOT of images on a Chinese Nigger-Hating Image Board and I use the BenQ XL2730z. The 144Hz refresh rate really helps me with my image viewing performance. I hope this helps.
PC Issues - Tumbling Down Edition

I have an issue with my downloads folder on my computer (win10)
It's the default folder and it's storing files in a secondary drive. Occasionally(I think it's random) it will delete all contents and leave behind a temp file(msdownld.tmp) in the root of the drive. It also deletes files currently in use by programs (I had a movie loaded and I returned with the file deleted.

What the fuck? Use a different browser and manually set another folder as the default location for downloads. Fuck stock settings.
Windows 10 will randomly freeze one program after another until I can't use my computer and I have to restart it. Task manager doesn't work and I can't ctrl + alt + delete.
Hey /g/, I've had the problem where the battery on my phone has been over charged or it drained completely before. The battery on my z812 shitty phone died, and it will literally not come on now. I've tried the soft reset, cleaning the port (will not charger/chargers do work-tested), and anything I could think of.
TL;DR phone won't turn on, how do I fix it.
What is a cheap phone to buy that has decent internal memory (over 4gb) that I could buy? My carrier is AT&T, I'm tired of lesser quality phones...Willing to spend up to $160 USD.

Well, you don't need an aftermarket cooler with a non-k cpu, but seeing as you're buying a windowed case, to show off to yourself I suppose, just get the cheapest there is. An I5-6600 will cost you less and won't be much of a setback as editing 1080p 60fps videos isn't that hard of a task. Ram speed won't make much of a difference. The mobo is more than you need.

I'm looking for a 2-in-1 Laptop / Tablet with a decent active stylus function; I intend to use the active stylus for drawing and painting on the device. What's the best tablet in that price range you can recommend me? (Currently looking at Gearbest products, might the best bang for my buck here?)

I know the airflow in my htpc case sucks ass but which way should my 2 rear case fans blow air? SHould they suck in fresh air or blow out hot air?
The psu and cpu cooler are fighting for air I realized but I'm not willing to pay 50 bucks for an aftermarket cooler so I wanna make it work with the case fans.
My guess is it's smarter to point the rear case fans to suck in fresh air, right?
