Help me rip a website!

Im trying to rip exrx.net to use it offline but i get a 403 wrror. Anyway i could bypass this?

I want to rip everything from this point including the directory: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

also i found the image siurce for the second link to be here:
img src="../../AnimatedEx/Sternocleidomastoid/CBNeckFlexion.gif"

which directory does the ... refer to? is it intentionally masked?
