Depends on what you want from your GPU, AMD seems to be gunning for the entry/mid-range price + performance segment, while Nvidia is chugging along with max speed for more money.
At least for the near future, Pascal will dominate the charts for enthusiasts who want or use VR, 4K or 120/144hz displays. Once Polaris lands, it'll be a modestly priced chip for the 1080p60 console killer HTPC crowd.

Do I use a condenser microphone if I want to record a small room with 2-6 people in it so that I can record their idle talk, don't really care about ambient noise, just need to record their voice well enough so I can hear it well. Think of it as a security mic setup.
