Has anyone tried them or maybe knows a cheaper alternative? I've been experiencing a lot of eye fatigue (tiredness, itchy eyes, etc.) and I was wondering if they actually work? Unfortunately, I'm using prescription glasses and the Gunnar prescription ones costs a ton.

What video editing software do you use /g/?

I need to make one of those lame action cam videos from my vacation, normally I use Sony Vegas for video edits, however it seems that they dont have GPU acceleration for r9 390 as it's "too new".

I used Magix before and it seemed good enough, any other alternatives?

>>
Since you're pirating Vegas just go with premiere, it's not that easy to use but last versions have HW acceleration with openCL, it's not as good as cuda but better than nothing and with a 390 it should fly.

Should I open it try to do it by myself? Even if I don't know anything about it's pieces?

If you don't want to open it you can just get canned air and blast it inside
>>
>>53499474
compressed air in a can use that to blow away the dust just make sure its not like really high PSI

And remeber to ground your self with a anti static strap, you don't want a dead mobo.
do it on a wooden table or some thing that is not conductive
>>
>>53499474
there's nothing complicated inside for you to fuck up by just opening it
just make sure you keep track of the screws and where they go in case there's multiple sizes

and ground yourself

You have 900 to spend on a PC, my first suggestion would be get an intel processor. Don't even bother looking for AMD ones.

Help me out Guys
AusFag here, Was on TPG getting 2-3Mbps realized I was 300km from the exchange.

Switch to internode, 1.9km from exchange, their graph says i should be getting 18Mbps as that distance but I'm stuck at 3-3.5Mbps.

Any tips on getting some better speeds? don't the usual rebooting router etc.

Have you called them? Make sure they have you on an adsl2+ port on their end (assuming that's what you're paying for).
>>
>>53498967

No retard, that's the server. Your local exchange would be no more than 4-5kms away.

Internode sounds like they really were talking about the exchange if they say you are 1.9km. There are many things that can affect DSL line speed including the quality of the line, number of filters on the line between your house and the exchange, quality of the equipment in the local DSLAM and whatever else. Oh, and I hope you're not expecting to get 18mbps anytime near peak hours. That speed is good if you just took it considering right now we are in peak hours for the east coast.

Next time when using speedtest, click SHARE THIS RESULT and then click on the IMAGE tab and then copy that text into a new tab and load the page and then save the image that comes up. You are showing your IP address on that screenshot you just posted.

I used to browse the deep web/silk road type of shit back in '09 and stopped when silk road got busted. That place has just gone to shit and so has IRC. Both are compromised by the F(aggot)BI.

Where do I go from here bros? Are there any other "hidden" web markets? I heard that silk road 2.0 is on a market that takes forever to connect to but that about it.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of the use and development of robots for the future?

Total communism and POSSIBLE world peace
The robots will be able to retreive solar energy and effectively uss this costless energy to produce our food, harvest our resources, and craft our luxury goods.
There will be no need for economy or employment other than to repair these machines( however at some point they will reach glitchless perfection and stainless insolubility, so you might as well disregard that anyway )
>>
>>53498908
It actually didn't occur to me that the robots will be able to repair themselves. So yeah, no more reasons to have a job.
Humanity will be able to focus on the arts and sciences

The advantage is that we need to evolve. We can't settle for the status quo. Things must change and quickly.

Cherry reds are objectively the most efficient cherry switch due to the following reasons:

1) They require the least amount of operating force.

2) There is no tactile bump. Thus, there is less opposition upon down stroking the key, as the tactile bump must be overcome by more force than normal, whitch means less fatigue for fingers.

3) Upon typing the intended way (hands hovering over the keyboard and fingers pressing lightly on the keys), they are the quietest as there is no audible tactile actuation point. Also, it is extremely easy not to bottom out.

Cable everything according to diagram, boot first node from flash, come back after a long lunch, everything is configured.
