Blu-ray players arent cheap enough and the standard in all PC's yet I guess
Because downloads.
They could release it on Blu-Ray (even then it'd still require two discs), but only a handful of people have a BD-player on their computers, while everyone who has a disc drive in their computer, has a DVD drive.

I have 1 DVD reader,1 DVD burner and 1CD burner on old P4,and DVD burner on newish hardware.
I cant remember when i used them for the last time even for reading dvd.Seriously i think i stoped using physical media back in 2007

No, there's two variants, some cases need the bezel to have a step in the side to make room for the crown. If you're buying one the seller should specify which cases the bezel is for.
