I upgraded to windows 10 shortly after launch, and though I expected botnet surveillance, I didn't expect them to fucking rape my computer with forced updates and pther bullshit. I'm thinking of downgrading. So, /g/, ups and downs of downgrading? I know directx 12 is supposed to be exclusive. Any pointers towards ways to tame windows 10 to avoid losing directx updates?

There's the theatre app that lets you watch movies with other people, and actually talk to them with your voice as well. You can adjust their volume and everything too.

I just bought 4x2gb 800 memory sticks from aliexpress for the grand total of 40$
I've got 2x2gb 667 corsair in my PC and Im running a memtest right now and when it completes I'll test the generic chinese sticks
If people are interested I'll post all results
I welcome any suggestions on how I test the memory, the command I ran was

I've been using my hackintosh as my main computer for a good while now and I'm considering getting either the new trackpad or mouse.
I know this is kind of a retarded question because they're vastly different devices but which one would the not-Apple-hating guys here recommend?
As far as I know you can use some of the gestures with the mouse, but it is really just a fancier mouse. I was a bit surprised to see that the mouse is half the price of the trackpad.
Is the trackpad comfy to use on a desktop situation? Does anyone here have the new version? If your work or habits allow it, would you consider even using JUST the trackpad on everyday use.
