No adblocker is going to save you anon. The problem is between your ears.
If you haven't already done this guys make sure you install adblock on all your friends/families computers.
They may lack the technical expertise to d oit themselves but it will not only make browsing a more pleasurable experience for them but also help in exterminating scumbag corporations that still think that displaying ads is a viable business model.
>tl;dr install adblock to help friends and take back the internet

Why does /g/ hate Systemd?
Which distro doesn't use it?
>>51232233
>Why does /g/ hate Systemd?
Most of /g/ is retarded and will enthusiastically hate whatever other retards tell them to without having any idea what they're talking about.
>Which distro doesn't use it?
I believe Gentoo and slackware still don't ship it by default, though that information may be out of date.

You could also go over to FreeBSD if you don't like it.
It's not the best piece of software, and it's a bit concerning the way the Linux ecosystem is going. But day to day your choice of init system doesn't affect you much. Even if you're a ricer.

oh anon, you silly goose!
I used to, like a year ago. It has its pros, the smoothest scrolling was the big plus, native ad blocker and the ability to pin some pages into the taskbar are great too.
But... The lack of good extensions, including userscript support kills me. I have to switch to Firefox (nightly), because it has a super smooth scrolling too and extension support.
If you had to choose between:
A Chromebook and an Android Phone
or
A Windows notebook and a Windows Phone
to use as your main phone and your main computer for the rest of your life. Which one would you choose?
Youre mum
Windows notebook. There are far more options for laptops. The Surface Phone on the horizon is interesting.

How long before Opera stops being the last mainstream meme-browser and makes a x64 version?
long time opera user and i only just now realized the logo has been changed into a motorcycle tire.

Firefox is so fucking based now. Who /new version/ here?
>that transition when enlarging videos
>that mute tab feature
>that everything else
>>51230997
The tab sound is something I've been waiting for them to implement and the video enlarging looks much nicer than the old one on youtube.
What else is there?
>>51230997
Since the update I can no longer watch videos in the browser. But youtube/html5 says that I have everything needed. Is this only me?
