So here am I, a young underpaid engineer. Though I have the feeling not to have maximized my potential, I came to the acceptance that I'm too autistic to have the "relational network" mandatory for a good career full of dollar and bitchy secretaries.
I don't like my job that much but since I don't have much at home waiting for me anyway, I easily see myself doing overwork to please the Chad-ish manager so he won't yell at me when my depressive phase will return.
Anyway, I have this small desk, poor quality screen and slow hardware to accompany me through the days. I'm allowed to run linux, and though it's ubuntu, I guess I should not complain that much.
I am seeking comfiness in the corporate world. I already brought my favorite mug and snacks. I want to also take one mech keyboard and wrist rest to my desk in the next weeks.
How do you anon get comfy at work? Please tip me on making this time less painful and not being the outcast I was in university.

When is the Fury X expected to drop in price? I've been having a TON of microstutter issues with my Radeon HD 6950's recently even when not crossfired (FPS games in particular are a real pain in my ass but it's noticeable even with shit like Batman) and I've been putting off upgrading for some time to save money.
It probably won't until the next round of cards come out. Nvidia has no reason to release anything that forces the price down given the 980ti did that.

Is it worth getting a 980 Ti (pic related)?
They cost $1100AUD ($775US).
I'd get a 1440p monitor to go with it, but I feel like the next gen of cards are going to be absolutely beast at 4K and don't want to spend all that money now if it's worth waiting.
