Normally there isn't much talk about GPUs except the odd build thread. Except when there are new cards launching. We had 1080 and the 1070 launched in the last month and AMD is launching the 470 and 480 soon.
GPUs are the pretty much the most exciting consumer technology with the most frequent meaningful improvement. CPU has been stagnant since 2011. Smartphone performance is just a marketing gimmick because it has almost no impact for 99% of end users(citation needed). Laptops suck now. Lol consoles. Etc
Hey /g/, so im looking to get a new mic for general usage/vocal recording, to setup for my PC. Now, I understand that with condenser mics you need an audio interface with Phantom Power, just to power the mic itself. My question is, how would I go about getting sound into my computer if im not using a USB mic (I dont want a USB because I plan on gettign more in the future and dont want to be limited to buying an entire new set instead of just getting another XLR mic.) Anyone have any kind of know-how when it comes to this that would be willing to explain it in its entirety to me? Thanks ahead in advance.

im in trouble.
I deleted all my god-tier porn pics because ragret of lifestyle.
tldr, im still a lowlife, and I've since recovered the deleted pics.
thing is, it (photorec) didn't just recover the porn pics, it also included other pics and undeleted pics into the reovery
so now, I have 50k pics, which have the porn ones among them
I remember my god-tier pics to be around 700 in amount.
50k by hand is a lot, so I thot I could use filesizes and the pics that were included in the recovery but not deleted in the hdd so I can filter them from the recovered pics
but since I'm a fizzbuzz monkey, I don't know how to deal with this magnitude of pics
I want it to be as efficient as possible.
So please help me, whats the most efficient way of filtering the unwanted pics
The most obvious solution to me is to take all the undeleted pics form the hdd (33367 in total), and then for each, compare filesizes against the 50k, any that match obviously get moved somehweer)
but as u can see 33367 * 50k^2 is a very big number
