I just got hit by a pretty bad virus hidden in a torrent which windows defender could not detect and task manager could not close and that could not be deleted manually.
How can I make sure that there is nothing else running secretly? I ran hitman pro and that got rid of everything obvious but I'm still nervous.

I have redshift set to 5700k for day and 3600k at night.
I may go a little lower with the daytime though. It's nice to have it autostart and just adjust for you. Geoclue even worked and figured my lat and long.
I've become addicted to "dark room" mode at night. Use it on my Mac and Android shitphone (both using Flux).
I'm thinking of getting an iPhone, and the one things that's really holding me back is that I don't think Flux for iOS has darkroom mode.
(pic isn't my Mac, but it doesn't show in screenshots. It puts the whole screen into red-on-black mode... fucking GLORIOUS at night... want to red-LED mod my Kobo now too).

Laptops have weird keys that are unique to themselves and generally aren't present on standard keyboards. Normally for most gaymers we already know how to touch type so the backlit keyboard is just a courtesy that is nice to have on non-standard configurations.

Is there point in running free libre Linux distro next to nonfree ones?
I don't want to advocate free software just by talking about how important it is.
But is there really a point when I'm going to install it next to Windows and Arch?
I need Windows for some vidya and software like Photoshop and Sony Vegas, and I need Arch for browsing nonfree sites and vidya mainly.
