How do I convince the other students on my final project to use LibreOffice and not M$ Office? Why does it matter? Can't you use .doc/.docx in LibreOffice? Otherwise, why not have them just send you what they have so you can format it (will likely be more consistent and professional)?

bro, it's common knowledge that the spying stuff is all made up. Literally the only people who whine about this are paranoid linux users on /g/ who never even tryed it. Everyone I know in real life uses it now, including programmers, sysadmins, etc and they all recommend it because it's more secure and safe.
There are people on this board RIGHT NOW who literally cannot download Windows 10 Enterprise, activate it with MS Tool and then disable Telemetry, forced updates and other gay shit in order to have a GREAT OPERATING SYSTEM
