There are four ways to try GNU/Linux, you can:
0) Install a GNU/Linux OS on a VM (Virtual Machine/VirtualBox) for "safety purposes"
1) Use the Live ISO directly without installing anything, that way, you can get a "full GNU/Linux experience".
2) Dual-boot GNU/Linux with Windows/Mac (recommended if you want to learn more about GNU/Linux)
3) Go balls deep and overwrite everything with GNU/Linux
Before asking, please search for answers to your questions in resources.

Understand that much of your software from Windows will be unavailable, although maybe WINE can make up for it.

As most people on the internet, I have an interest in the dark web. I have Tor and I've explored the deep web a bit but I've only used Hidden Wiki to find sites and don't have any connections to anyone who uses it (I'm also too much of a pussy to go out and search for it myself as of fear of getting tracked). So, for those of you who do use the deep web, what's the worst thing you've seen? Now I'm not talking about drug sites, weapon purchases or child and gore porn, I know all that shit exists, I'm talking about red rooms, live dolls, suicide shows and more.
