I wrote a program that lives on my usb drive. It takes a string of text, turns each character into an integer, applies a seeecreet set of arithmetic on the integer, converts it back into an character that it writes into a new "encrypted" text file. Seeing as all the arithmetic is performed in RAM and the only trace left behind would be the "encrypted" text file. and the program and its guts are not stored on the computers memory at any time. depends enitrely on the 'arithmetic'. if it's complex, doesn't have same outputs for same characters, uses modulus etc it might be OK

Wait, you have a USB drive. USB drive itself cannot run a program because it's just a drive. So you have to run the program on the computer. When you run such a program, it's loaded into the computer's memory.

i have a dual monitor setup with one monitor pivoted (turned vertical).
i use windows and am too retarded to figure out how to setup a nice wallpaper for this setup. it's a total resolution of 3000x3000 (see pic).
my first try in creating a wallpaper was to vertically center a fullhd picture on the right side 1920 pixels and do something else with the first 1080 pixels, but it looks like shit

Windows is retarded, in your configuration it's nearly impossible to have the wallpaper display correct.
Just get dual monitor tools. It's open source and free. It's what I'm using and it's great.

i have a nice wallpaper that i don't mind if it gets cut off on the sides a bit, i just want it to fit the 3000x1920 somewhat nicely and for that i'll probably have to edit the image a little bit / embed it on a bigger canvas and smoothen the edges or something...
