HOW TO KNOW IF MY COMPUTER AND MY CELL are tapped (INTERVENED)
Well first you fix your paranoia by ending your meth binge, then you get a clean install of windows
I'm serious I do not suffer from any disorder

But not windows 10.
Who can tell me, what the best VPN is and why?
I got 2 years of Private Internet Access. Was good deal.

The Front side camera of the Note 4 fucking sucks dick. Can't take selfies without looking like an alien.

Good for you faggot. Sage.
Should I just get Windows 10 or is it better to stay on Windows 7 forever?
>>55281525
7 4 3\/3Я (;
>>55281525
Tbh. I was really worried about 10. I clean installed and found it to be better than 7. I'm not too worried about "Spyware" since 7 isn't any better in that regard. I am legitimately enjoying 10. Though sticking with 7 might be the preferred for others and that's fine if you're not a gaymer (a bunch windows 10 exclusives soon).
>>55281525
Do you remember back in the day when you would get a virus on your computer that would have a bunch of pop up advertisements on your desktop? Basically, Microsoft went ahead and just integrated that into windows 10. It's in everything. Microsoft Edge. Start Menu, Start Search, Start Page, everywhere.

You shouldn't

doesn't the evo have a problem where it wipes blocks of data from it at random? Really hope it doesn't kill your OS

New benchmarks coming in show the RX 480 can't even beat a GTX 970:
http://imgur.com/a/3iTkS
https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/4pzcl1/xfx_rx480_unboxing_benchmarks/
See pic, the Fire Strike score is significantly lower than a 970.
This thing is just plain garbage, you can even buy some 970s for $200 right now.
>>55281387
The score actually puts it between a 380 and a 380x, truly awful.

I fucking called it.
Never trust pajeet the con man.

So I just inherited a mid 2014 retina macbook pro, and have had problems getting the wireless working under linux.
Anyone here had any success? I've gone down a number of paths trying to set it up (on several different distro) but can't figure it out. I'm still pretty shit at linux, but only because "it just worked" on all the other computers i've used it on.

How do I make modem simulator so it would work with actual telephone lines?
What kind of modem should I get for my IBM 5150?
>>55281217
It would be quite hard to make a modem (it's not simulator) from scratch.

answer my question now senpai
I got an important email, but it all appears as nonsense numbers and letters. It seems to have been sent from outlook. I'm not too savvy with computers.
Anything I can do to read the email?
You should definitely try to read it and open any attachments it may contain
>>55281177
No attachments, just looks like some kind of language (I only know TeX and C++). I emailed the person back saying I couldn't read it, and they replied again and again it's not readable.
Maybe their email account is compromised ?
How do you back up your critical data to make sure you don't lose it due to a drive failure?
dropbox
maybe google drive if you're poor
i write it down on paper

http://9to5google.com/2016/06/26/google-working-on-its-own-android-smartphone-report/amp/
>There have been several reports over the last year mentioning Google’s interest in building a smartphone. Although the company does have its own Nexus program to showcase the best the Android platform has to offer (and, at least was true at first, provide some baseline devices for developers), it still needs to somewhat compromise on hardware here and there by much less directly impacting the engineering process.
>However, it looks like this may not remain the case for much longer, with a new report — once again — suggesting that Google plans to launch something much more home-grown than in years previous…
>According to an anonymous tip we received earlier this year from an IP address located near Google’s campus, the company is “annoyed” at the iPhones perception of being the only “premium” offering on the market.
>We had already heard that the idea was being talked inside the company, but despite CEO Sundar Pichai’s apparent shutdown of the rumor at Code Conference last month — where he emphasized that Google would be “more opinionated” about Nexus devices in the future, but still work with third party manufacturers — a Telegraph report today is suggesting that we might see a full-Google smartphone, and possibly by the end of the year too.
