Honestly, I'm amazed the simpsons has run for this long. Nobody gives 2 fucks about the simpsons anymore, the writers certainly don't.
Everyone universally agrees it should have ended 10 years ago, and the only reason it's still airing is because any replacement show at the same time-slot will never match the ratings of the simpsons.

So I never really ask for help, but I'm legit fucking stuck, /g/. As of waking up this morning, I've noticed that my PC has been loading up a process called "vds.exe" that makes my computer run incredibly slow. Like I can move my mouse a couple inches ever 3-4 seconds or so slow.
If I go into task manager and close it, everything goes back to normal. It only takes up about 25-30% CPU, so I don't know what's causing the freezing. And apparently this is an official windows process?
I've disabled Virtual Disc which is apparently...

So For the longest time my computer has been beeping at me right? Now maybe I am old but in my day if things were overheating the bios speaker would beep or buzz if there was an issue, so it didn't even occur to me that there could be a heat issue.

I forgot to mention, I put my 980 into a Core 2 Quad (Dell XPS4000 from 8 or 9 years ago) w/8GB and had no problem running BF4 even over 3 screens though CPU use was well over 70%.
