Hey, I wanna put a version of snake in a 404 page, and I already have a version of snake I programmed in Python (tkinter GUI).
How would I get my sweet 404 page up?

So, this is a question about recycling code.
Yes, I am aware that browsers only load html and that the script tag only embeds Javascript. Note how the picture is Django, though -- Django's ORM and Template Language enable Python code to be converted to html.
The solution would clearly not be anywhere near this simple, because we're talking about an embedded GUI, but there are ways of tweaking things.
I know, I know, this isn't "customer support" but it's an urgent request. My Mac's memory is high as fuck and starts heating up after only about 5 minutes of usage. Fans also start running. Even when I'm doing absolutely nothing. Any advice?

PSA: if you sit down for most of the day you are likely to die prematurely. Sitting down for more than 3/4 of the day will mean you most likely won't live past 80.
Edit: standing desk won't make much difference, you need to be physically active.
How to be physically active:
Every hour try doing some situps, squats, lunches and stretches (with a restistance band).

generally the VRM phase count and heatsinks as well as good quality (Japanese) capacitors.

So MS is apparently going to make Windows 10 a paid upgrade soon.
I don't want to upgrade, but I still want to be able to do it for free later in case Microsoft gets their shit together.
Supposedly, when first upgrading to Win10 it gives you a license key and ties it to your hardware (SLIC?), and later you can do a clean install of 10 and it'll activate just fine.
So I was thinking of doing this:
- Back up my existing W7 to an image
- Restore clean W7 (since W10 upgrade is kinda finicky)
- Upgrade to W10 so I get the key
- Restore W7 from the image
This way I'll be able to do a clean install of W10 any time I want, right? Where's the catch?
There is no catch. I've upgraded several computers that have a pirated W7 or a legit one and in both cases I can now install W10 forever since it checks Microsoft servers for some sort of hardware ID.

For fucks sake, man, just use KMS Auto anytime you want with any MS product you want. Nobody gives a shit on what you are running on your personal computer.
And you don't need to re-install the Windows 10 in a traditional way. There is factory-defaults restoration option included, which is basically a full clean reinstall without a reinstall - delete everything on system partition except default windows files and revert or keep (optionally) user-specific settings and adjustments. This way you get fresh installation any time you want - you can literally do this all day every fucking day - and it will not harm your activation by any means.
So /g/ I'm probably gonna get a freelance job soon worth 2000€ for 2 months of development. Since I need a good laptop I'm thinking about buying pic related with the money, the i5/1080p version. I think this can be a good choice but I was wondering if there are any worthy competitors for the same price point. My main requirements are a good screen and above average battery life.

but the xps 13 is great. If you want to go with that I'd seriously consider combing through ebay for one. You can get an i5 broadwell, 8gb ram, 1080p screen for $700

Is it possible to install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS as an MBR? My old laptop BIOS didn't natively support GPT and Acer sent out a buggy UEFI implementation in their BIOS that just completely doesn't work (doesn't complete a shutdown or restart, boots sometimes don't complete) (fuck acer)

so i was downloading from a trust worthy site, (where all the downloads from the are from nosteam) untill i tried far cry 4, but this time from someone called Mr DJ, i was in the setup and watching some videos when i see the setup just vanishing, i checked my task manager and there it was, 2 non official windows programs with unkown users permissions. I deleted them ASAP, and now they appear no more. the thing is, why did no antivirus detect it? avira, malware anti bytes and spybot didnt detect nothing like those, ive searched all over google for some questions but i find none, is there somebody here that knows about this??????
