That's an older SSD. A newer Intel 730 480gb costs $280 US on Newegg.
Intel SSDs are the most expensive but they're also very reliable. I have an old 80gb Intel that I'm still using right now.

First time upgrading my pc other than the gt 620 I had a few years ago. First off a Radeon r9 380x gpu , and if I need more power a corsair 750 watt. After that I'm thinking amd fx8350 8core cpu, since I have amd3+ socket. This sound good? Overkill? I'm estimating 500ish for upgrade. And of course some mounting brackets or whatever for my hard drives laying on top of each other.

How would that work? You "upload" a video to a video sharing site like youtube, and now whenever someone watches the video it is streamed from your own computer? Why would anyone want that? It would be incredibly inefficient.

Why is "free software" not really free? Why would someone not want their code to be used by a corporation to possibly invent something that benefits everyone? Why do you care whether you can have the changes they made to it? What makes you think that you're entitled to their modified code just because you decided to give yours away to begin with?
It seems like a lot of the GPL is written from the standpoint of insecurity. You're afraid someone could make something better with your code than you have, so you make sure that you can have whatever...
