Wow this isnt even funny anymore, its like mikrashet thinks their user base is all 12 and in special ed. Im an up and coming dj in the underground now, so it really pains me that i cant use the default music player during my shows. Introduce someone who has never taken or edited a video in their life to found footage cinematography. I want to make a series of short films, sort of abstract yet tells a story. I don't plan on it having excellent camera work, but camera wise I would love for it to have a blair witch feel to it. Any help on low budget cameras, and information on how to start this would be absolutely greatly appreciated.

So I tried replacing my current cpu, the A4, with the Athlon X4 860k I recently just got. For some reason it wouldn't work and I got POST beeps.
So I put back the old cpu and fan and while it works the cpu fan won't work. I tried using the new stock fan from Athlon and it still wouldn't work! What could be the reason my fan isn't working anymore?
Mobo is Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-D3H and it's for budget build only.
