so im gonna upgrading my pc soon. but i have a few questions before i do so. Please try to keep the memes on a low..
So right now i have a Gygabite 970A-DS3P motherboard with a fx 6300 3.5 stock cpu and a r7 260x...So i really wanna upgrade my gpu but people said i should do too with my cpu but im on a 300 dollar budget so here are my options :
I can get rx 480 for 270 and save 30 dollars and after that i could sell both my old cpu and gpu to for 100 dollars together and buy a new cpu for under 140 dollars. Thing is i dont think i can really get a much better cpu for just 140 dollars...

Option 2 : i can buy a rx 480 but instead use the 30 dollars to buy a better cpu cooler wich i can use too overclock my cpu to atleast 4 ghz.

Just oc your cpu m8, but avoid amd graphics cards. You'll suffer from the overhead and don't get advertised performance.
See if you can pick up a used gtx960 or 670 instead
I'm using Android. If I were to turn my wifi off, turn my data off, and take a screenshot of a conversation in Snapchat because I wanted to screenshot a picture, then log out of my account, uninstall snapchat, and turn off my phone, would I somehow send the notification that I screenshoted snapchat even though it's uninstalled from my phone if I were to turn my wifi back on?

The RX 480 is disappointing, and Nvidia's shit is good but hilariously overpriced or unavailable.
Also, let's remember that none of these new cards are really "DX12 Ready".
Not long from now shit like the 1070 and 1080 will be meme-tier performance, and the RX 480 will be even worse looking back.
