Before you get in any whatcuck/what.cd faggotry for other trackers remember you can get in PTP using CG and BiB (and others like sciHD,TPS, that have open app) accounts at power user forums(easy to reach on both) and BTN doesn't recruit atm.A lot of other trackers have irc interview or opensign, check this list http://pastebin.com/dD3cqWKc or opentrackers.org;and remember :you really don't need 90% what.cd if you have rutracker, so don't waste your time for this no bonus points and "buy me a whatbox" tracker.

Not sure what private trackers are all about?
The mission of /ptg/ is to promote the highest possible standards of tracker service by providing members with opportunities for professional development, by recognizing technical competence through examinations and by advancing the interests of its members.

Check out the wiki and update it yourself if you want more instead of complaining like a fucking faggot. https://wiki.installgentoo.com/index.php/Private_trackers

>most of the invite offers here are people trolling you with false hope - begging for invites is a waste of time and you should just interview

Welcome to /flt/, we are always open to users of all levels, including absolute beginners.

There are four ways to try GNU/Linux, you can:

0) Install a GNU/Linux OS on a VM (Virtual Machine/VirtualBox) for "safety purposes"
1) Use the Live ISO directly without installing anything, that way, you can get a "full GNU/Linux experience".
2) Dual-boot GNU/Linux with Windows/Mac (recommended if you want to learn more about GNU/Linux)
3) Go balls deep and overwrite everything with GNU/Linux

Before asking, please search for answers to your questions in resources.

Please be civil, notice the "Friendly" in every Friendly GNU/Linux Thread.

Understand that much of your software from Windows will be unavailable, although maybe WINE can make up for it.

CS IS A MEME

On first year my roommate was studying physics, now 2 years after PhD he is working as C++ programmer in bank and he is earning 150k euro basic/year.

While most of cs grads are working as shitty code monkeys with c#/java for half of this.

Python newb here.
Simple, simple question, hope you can help me:

How do I add a string to a regex?
Say: d = '\d\d\d'
mo = re.compile(r #d goes here)

Pasting it, separating it with a comma, or with a plus gives me errors.
Normally, as you know, it would be re.compile(r'\d\d\d')

Kali Linux is what many use for cyber-security type things. It might be a little rough for your first distro though.

Maybe try some flavor of Ubuntu first?
