I am looking for a nice microphone, mostly used for skype. I currently have a headset I got as a gift and I am planning on upgrading to ATH-M50s. I don't want to spend more than $50 on it, what should I use?
CAD U37 and a shock mount + boom stand + pop filter.

i heard somewhere that all good mics use USB instead of the 3.5mm plug. Do they? Why?
my current mic is built into my cheap webcam and it is indeed better than another cheap mic that uses the 3.5mm connector

In the "C" Language
With fscanf how can you possibly take a text file with the contents:
"a b 10 20 30 67
a b 20 30 77 64"
Where "a" and "b" are names and the numbers at the end have no limit to how many?
So that you can have a variable to store each name and each of the numbers?
fscanf("%s %s %d etc.") does not work because there is two lines
install BString (better string library)
read in the file as a bstring
split the bstring by the newline character
use fscanf on each line
If the count of numbers is variable, you can't really do it with fscanf, unless you define a maximum count of numbers. Functions that deal with formatted text typically return the number of elements that matched the template string. You can use that number to determine how many numbers you parsed. But this is still a fixed approach. For a better approach, consider parsing the lines yourself, which is easy if you use strtok.

I read that it sucks before buying, tried one in store and found that its not as bad as people say it is. I got it for school and I'm pretty happy with it so far. No stuttering with video for me either which was another complaint from some people.

If you do get one don't give it a wan connection. Vizio harvests any data it can. Just lan for local steaming should be fine.
if you are planning on using it as a monitor you will have to have a hdmi 2 capable video card if you wan 4k 60hz.

Holy shit I just spent an hour trying to help my mother with her iPhuck 5 because she had no more storage left, to the point where Whatsapp refused to open. Basically I just had to do a backup of all the pictures to her Macbook and then delete them from the device. Simple, right?
Of course I couldn't simply move/delete the files like on any other device capable of storage, so I looked at other backup alternatives. I looked at Apple's smart solution, iCloud backup, but apparently you have to pay for that shit, even after paying $500 for a mediocre phone, so I said no. iTunes backup wouldn't let me view backed up files, it's only useful for restoring the data back to the phone, so I ended up using iPhoto and after some fumbling with import getting stuck and having to force close the program I managed to back everything up. Now the simplest part: deleting the photos from the device. Simple? Haha, fuck you.
I found out that on IOS 8 there is no way to delete all pictures. On the storage management page, you can view which apps are taking the most storage, but only that. Touching on Whatsapp, for example, tells you how much storage it's using and gives you the single option to uninstall the App. Fucking pathetic.
Therefore, to delete all pictures you have to manually tap each group of photos in the app to select them and delete them, but not too many at a time or the Photos app will crash on you! BTW, "group of photos" doesn't mean albums, it means the different time/place events the phone automatically makes for you, so some groups had over 50 pics and some had only one. I tapped away at the hundreds of pictures until they were all deleted. I then deleted them from the "recently deleted" folder, which luckily has a Delete All button. That's what I call good design.
Checked the storage settings once again and I now had about 4gb of free space. Cool. Rebooted phone.
Surprise. Whatsapp still won't open. Fuck you Apple.
