CS major here
In my school they teach programming using BlueJ (for learning purpose). Then you pass on to eclipse or netbeans (you choose) in the second programming course.
The first database courses uses OP's pic related.
But after the second semester you can pretty much use anything you want. Some courses requires some academic tools that are not worth mentioning.

So i'm trying to update my Nexus 7 from 4.4.4 to Marshmellow and someone told me to do it through the toolkit.

I'm stuck here now, what do I do? I really don't want my Nexus 7 to be bricked.
7 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
>>53893807
dont use the toolkit

read up on adb/fastboot. read everything you can find about it. read it again. familiarize yourself with it. become one with it.

then flash the stock image

make sure its for the right nexus 7 tho, there are two different models

for the 2013 model, its called both "razor" and "flo"
(flo=razor=flo=razor)

good luck anon!!
>>
>>53894221
Do I actually have to read up on adb/fastbook or are you just messing with me?
>>
>>53894332
Go fucking learn shit by yourself you fucking illiterate fuck. This is not tech support. And the thing you are messing with is easy as fuck.

What kind of fucking developer thought it would be a good idea to use EXCEL as a dependency...

Stefanie Joosten, a qt indeed

So about 2 years ago, I went to a state contest on computer maintenance. Basically A+ stuff, I have some knowledge of it, but i'm still able to fix problems. on one scenario, I had to remove a "virus" that got into internet explorer. The homepage was changed and some other settings and the homepage words says "PWNED"/"HACKED" with a green skull on it.

I downloaded a anti-virus and malware-bytes and didn't find nothing. Then I went to the local of the IE and delete everything that was changed and put it to default setting.

Now that I notice, I'm starting to think it wasn't a virus or there was one, but I didn't find it.

So explain me why?
i7-5820k??? you're going to overclock ?
Where's the cooler in that case?

My suggestion is to go with normal i7-6700 just a strong for video editing.

From what it looks your build is for gaming - I mean profession video editors are satisfied with half powerful processor, integrated graphics on processor and 16 gb ram, if hypothetically you were the best editor in the world - why would you do it yourself and not pay someone.

Mostly because it's a pain on the ass to develop for apple while not developing ON an apple.

NoScript and other popular Firefox add-ons open millions to new attack

NoScript, Firebug, and other popular Firefox add-on extensions are opening millions of end users to a new type of attack that can surreptitiously execute malicious code and steal sensitive data, a team of researchers reported.

>Because risks such as this one exist, we are evolving both our core product and our extensions platform to build in greater security. The new set of browser extension APIs that make up WebExtensions, which are available in Firefox today, are inherently more secure than traditional add-ons, and are not vulnerable to the particular attack outlined in the presentation at Black Hat Asia. As part of our electrolysis initiative—our project to introduce multi-process architecture to Firefox later this year—we will start to sandbox Firefox extensions so that they cannot share code.

Are they seriously shitting on their single remaining selling-point (powerful and thus actually useful addons) just to color the upcoming deprecation of addons as a GOOD thing!?

The directors just want more money in the shortest amount of time. They don't give a fuck about the actual product. Even though it'll die in the long run.

This notion has been reiterated countless times on hacker news
