Please help! I have a LOT of unwanted traffic coming in from a cyberghost vpn server.

I have gotten rid of all the files that could be related to it, and restarted my mac, but every time I use tcpdump, I see loads of requests from cyberghost.com what the fuck. Also, ARP requests like crazy to my whole LAN.

Here is a sample tcpdump output:
http://pasted.co/ac7ca567

Don't know if that's sufficient info to comment on. Please any insights would help. I hate the idea of those assholes spying on me or using my resources.

an msrp of 250 after the shit of FE ends which will be in 1-2 months...they are charging 300 bucks for something with less compute power(2.5 tflops less) with no sli obviously will be bad on dx12 and you wont even be able to change the cooler

Even worse; you'll be doomed to the lifecycle of a cheap taiwanese motherboard designer.

You would have been doomed to a life of mediocrity no matter what major you took.

The Problem With Linux (or)
Getting unread message count from Thunderbird via Terminal

Spent a while figuring this out, maybe it will help someone else.

#!/bin/bash
INBOXFILE=/home/me/.thunderbird/dzrvkij6.default/Mail/pop.gmail.com/Inbox
THRESHOLD=200000
tail -$THRESHOLD $INBOXFILE | grep "X-Mozilla-Status:" | cut -d: -f2 | xargs -iZ bash -c 'echo $((10#Z & 1))' | grep -c 0

Searches through last $THRESHOLD lines of Inbox file for status lines. The least significant bit of the status indicates if the message is read, so we do a bitwise AND with 1, making sure to interpret the status as decimal and not octal (since by default bash interprets numbers starting with 0 as octals).

Hey /g/, how is my build?

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/LX6nnn

What would you change about it to make it better/more cost effective?

Should I get any extra fans? And if I should where should I place them, how many and how big should they be? Or are the 2 included fans enough?

I would also like to game on a 1440p monitor but I haven't chose one yet? can you recommend some to me?

This is my first time building so any tips would be extremely helpful, thanks.

Pretty shitty build, almost got it right with a few bits. I don't know what you're gonna be using the PC for but I wouldn't recommend the 1070 because it isn't cost effective but there's nothing really in the same class as it at the moment on the red team.

SATA SSDs are deprecated, M.2 is not only cheaper, but also offers better performance.

The price jump from a 6600K to a 6700 is stupid considering the marginal performance increases.

Don't bother getting new fans, the ones included in almost all cases are good enough, placement basically doesn't matter. The Evolv has GOAT fans and placement anyway, so I wouldn't change anything.

Cabling is pretty easy, much easier in the Evolv because it's got velcro straps to lock everything down and great grommet placement.

It seems a nice little machine to tinker with, I preordered the PocketCHIP in june mostly because it's dirt cheap and will entertain me for some time.

I just got into pico8 so it was nice to see official support for pocket chip. Wont have mine until end of the month.
