I mean if your phone dac is shit it'll still be shit but is it really better than the native android audio stack or processing? It's like installing new audio drivers or changing music players on Windows thinking it'll make a difference.

Yes, it can make a difference if your stock getup is very low power. V4A gives you several drivers to choose from (I choose high, can't tell the difference between it an highest). It serves as an amp, and has EQ settings out the ass + profiles.
Viper is pure placebo for Pajeets. In fact it is worse than placebo as it will noticeably harm audio quality.

I've had Win10 for barely a month now on my desktop (currently on) and it's fucking broken - the microfag store doesn't work, the place where its supposed to be on the taskbar is blank but the app is still there, can't view pictures, videos, or anything that without 3rd party software. A simply google tells me I have to reinstall this busted shit. Fuck. I'm fucking done.
I did the upgrade. Windows 10 is really shitty, slow and filled with things you don't want. Also I want to upgrade my CPU so you know the license will expire. I installed Linux and forgot about it.

"upgrades" are always shit. Always. An upgrade OS is NEVER as fast, fluid, or functional as a fresh install of the same OS.
Should have turned off auto-updates OP. I manually install updates on my Windows 7 partition once a month maybe. If it doesn't say "security" in it, I don't download it.

I like it and have it on a laptop. It's fully featured and works out of the box, but unlike Ubuntu I can expect OpenSUSE to still be working a few months after install. YaST is also great.

Call me a noob, but what makes the Quadro cards better at CAD than the much cheaper Geforce solution? Is it a hardware difference, software difference, Or both? I have owned 4 different Quadro cards and I never knew the answer to this

I come here with a dilemma.
I need to build a pc for 3D modeling/rendering and i've been doind some research and found... No real answer towards the cpu..
My budget is $750
This are the two builds i have so far.

The AMD costs the same but has "nicer" components such as the case, cooling, RAM and graphics card.
But the Xeon one has.. Well... A Xeon.
So is the Xeon a meme? Or is it really better when it comes to this kind of task? I also found people recommending high core cpu's such as FX series from AMD because this modelling programs make use of all the cores.
What would you recommend? And also best cpu for rendering thread i guess

Xeon gets a better passmark score. ECC ram is a major selling point with a Xeon, which I see you do not have. 8350 is getting really long in the tooth. AMD's cores are not the same as Intel cores the way they direct traffic. My 4 core can beat AMD 8 core. A Xeon vs a K would be your smarter decision you should worry about.

Yesterday I purchased a Hisense chromebook for 80 bucks. After setting up a gmail account the first thing I googled was how to load windows 7 on it. Well it turns out that chromebooks with an arm processor can't load windows os. That's cool, I can get used to a google smartphone laptop. I don't need to use firefox or a windows style interface. Whatever.
Besides being a dedicated Google internet interface what else can I use this chromebook for?
