I need a domain name, web hosting, and email package for a financial company. Is GoDaddy botnet?

Godaddy is a SHIT service. It's a classic example of companies doing everything exactly wrong. Get literally any other host, any is better than that crap.
>>
>>52019501
Godaddy is shit, I have seen people shilling and recommending https://iwantmyname.com , never used it myself.
>>
>>52019522
Yeah I'm the guy shilling them. Iwantmyname doesn't do web hosting though, they're purely for a domain name and dns management.

Okay /g/, so my current situation is:
>currently running an old HDD with Windows 7 Home (preinstalled shit)
>got a new SSD, currently have both together
>have a Debian boot USB stick ready for emergency cases
>have a Windows 7 Ultimate iso at disposal, but no DVD drive.
I'd like to make the SSD dual boot with Win 7 Ultimate and Debian. What would be the best course of action to do this? I already know that Windows should be installed first because it's a retarded piece of shit, but other than that? Is it true that I should disconnect my HDD before installing Windows on an SSD?

Is there a company that offers services similar to digitalocean but isn't run by jews?
26 posts and 1 images submitted.

>>52019365
If you think they are jewing, look at AWS/Azure.
>>
>>52019365
try kimsufi
>>
>>52019365
How is that jewing? That's a very reasonable price for the service they provide.

Last week I bought X220, mint condition, all components tested, generally very happy with the purchase. Today, after one charging cycle battery stopped charging. Power adapter is working fine - I can use the computer without the battery. When battery is connected OS isn't able to detect AC power and battery is just slowly discharging. Problem persist both on Arch and W8.1. Is the charging circuit fucked /g/? Do I need to RMA?

Do you build your own PCs or do you buy them fully built? What made you do decide either way?

Do you regret your decision?

Prebuilts have ridiculously unbalanced parts, typically having way too much RAM and a sub-par GPU.
There is no reason NOT to build your own.
>>

built my own. cheaper and it's fun.

I just made a side build from an i5 2400S i had lying around from a friend's old iMac that he was tossing. I put it together with a bunch of spare parts I had lying around and ordered a micro atx 1155 board. All I need now is a CPU, what is a good GPU that would pair nicely with the i5-2400S? Thanks guys, just need a few ideas of what to look for then I'll delete the thread.

So i want to change my phone and get a flip phone.
I want to be able to use basic social network apps (like whatsapp, facebook, etc.) and have a decent camera.
I've been investigating a bit and smart flip phones are too big, expensive and excessive (like the Samsung Galaxy Golden).
Any suggestions /g/?

No fuck you, flip phones were great. Not having to constantly worry about the screen being scratched/cracked, not having a shit ton of unneeded shit everywhere...

I really think flip phones were the golden age of phones.

samsung rugbys are nice rugged flip-phones
the price is rather high, but the thing is built like a small tank and will serve you for years

I think #bash (the bash channel) on freenode is a better place to ask cuz they know bash inside out and they have good documentation. You can use Xchat to get on freenode.
