Want to buy a new battery for my W520, going to get a genuine Lenovo battery, but what's the difference between the 55+ and 70++ 9 cell batteries? Does the 70++ hold a longer charge?
Also anyone know of a 1080p IPS screen swap for the W520? The default TN screen isn't that bad, but an IPS one would be ideal.

Take a look at this image. It's not the typical fare. The complication or mechanism we're looking at is called a "wandering" or "floating" hour display.
Here is an image that more directly shows you how the wondering hour works. The correct hour is the only part normally seen when covered, and the rest are underneath.
There is 3 wheels with 4 hours on each of them. The main part of the mechanism turns, changing which wheel is visible, and the wheels turn changing which hour is visible.
