Hey guys I'm in the middle of project so I would really appreciate if someone could help with this rather simple but weird thing.
Look at http://jsfiddle.net/dwec3kwx/6/ , when you hover the square in Chrome it rotates but if you move your cursor while still on square he will trigger hover effect again. Should this happen?
In Firefox it doesnt happen like this, it happens the way I intended to. It will not trigger hover until you move away from square completely.
Can you see it too? How do I fix this for Chrome? I mean I know how to fix it with adding a third container element but I wanted know how to do it with just these two.
Actually I am more interested in why is this happening at all.

we recommend you use it exclusively for 2 weeks, and avoid Windows dual booting for that period of time, or it's
likely you will start retreating back to windows instead of getting used to GNU plus Linux as your new home and working on
making it feel the way you want it.

does anyone have experience with Microsoft Visual Studios on GNU Linux? I know it's proprietary, but my Assembly courses require it. It is the only thing holding me back from committing my desktop fully.

It's not like seeing ads matter anymore, it's 2015, you all have 150 down/50 up, you all have fast computers. Loading a few products do not impact browsing.
And all ads have a way to mute sound now.
Really, I do not understand this mindset. Be sure that developers are actively working to permanently disable these addons.
The few shitheads who abuse the system ruin it for everyone else. If people weren't assholes with 500 different popups and script redirects and other shit that try to hijack my browser to look at their stupid ad, then I wouldn't block them. But sadly far too many people go this route, so the few that put reasonable ads wind up suffering.

got myself mSata ssd so I don't have to swap hdd, what buggers me is fact that people are still looking at sequential speeds in ssd but for os you need fast(er) seek time and a lot of IOPS for small files and I bet you would see difference even on sata1

I reinstalled netbeans like 4 times in my senior year because it just won't fucking work.

I don't know anything but the most basic shit about how to use computers, but I am considered the family computer wiz because I know how to google and shit, (I spend all day in front of one and am able to fix all their problems so they think I am a computer genius) a family friend is trying to set me up with an IT job and has been sending me emails about jobs in my area. This is the latest one, I told her I've never used CAD before and I'm not familiar with it and she replied
