I recently fired up my old PS2 after 10+ years of it being off and unpowered.
I was surprised to see that it still knew the correct time and date. ie it knew it was January 11th, 2016. The actual time of day was only off by half an hour too.
What kind of technology does the PS2 use to be able to accurately keep track of time, in an unpowered state for over 10 years?

I know, but at the moment I can't spend 800-1000 € for a new gaming PC that is what I obviously would like to do. Even if I'm aware of falling in the trap of consoles with PlayStation Plus and other bullshits and spend a lot of money.
The iPhone is just because is cheap and I could sell it in months without losing money and then buy a top-tier Android.

I work in IT currently, and I'm working to move into programming. As an exercise over the recent Xmas break, I wrote this program in C# to work with an embedded database library and to practice working with creating my own classes.
The idea of the program is to organize images that I've saved off of 4chan and other boards over the years, and allow me to provide multiple tags to the same file, easily find and link those files to your clipboard for shitposting.
Do I really need a program like this? Probably not. I've been organizing them into directories for years, but then you're really getting one content tag.. what happens if I save a picture of a redhead WITH a nice ass??? Gonna need two tags.

I bought an HP Spectre x360. The return policy ends on friday and I'm not sure if I wanna take it back yet.
Pros:

>touchscreen is nice, haven't tried the HP Pen yet but it looks like it would be nice for graphic design

Cons:

>huge trackpad, really annoying and gets in the way
>windows graphics drivers crashed on me like 5 times already browsing the Internet
