Hello /g/ I have been rusing myself with this macbook pro, a client came to the shop today and said it was really slow and I was like yea sure a fresh install should fix it but I have tried everything and it is incredibly laggy.

do you think that they are the end-all be-all of ai algorithms? do you think that if we put enough processing power, a simple neural-network with a large enough depth and complex enough (e.g. recurrent network) can reproduce human consciousness?

Also fuck off with any idea of "human consciousness" AI if you have absolutely no fucking idea what you are talking about and your only experience with them is watching The Terminator and reading some Buzzfeed article. There is no serious research being conducted in that area.
Hey /g/ So I decided to root my Z3 Compact but it got stuck in a bootloop while flashing a older firmware. So my question is if anybody knows how to hard reset the device without turning it on. Bear in mind the Z3 doesnt have a recovery mode or if it has I am too autistic to find it. Also I tried using the Xperia companion but all that did was flash it to the latest firmware.
