I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, then wiped everything and reinstalled Windows 10. Can't activate Windows because I don't have my product key. What do?

What torrent client do you use and why?
I use qBittorrent because:

Recently bought an Ibuypower Pro series PC with Window 10 Pro. Having constant BSOD crashes and now literally can't boot PC. Gonna download arch to boot from USB, format the OS partition and I want to install a more stable, secure OS that won't keep fucking up.
