Reminder: Functional languages are the only languages worth using.
Reminder: If you aren't using a functional language, you aren't a programmer, just a code monkey.
Reminder: If you try to fight the functional tide, you will be deemed nonfunctional and eventually swept aside.
Reminder: There are only three acceptable programming languages: Haskell, F#, and OCaml. LINQ is also passable if you're a newbie.
Reminder: Go is not a systems language. However, Haskell is.

What are you working on?

Ayyyyyyy
>>
>Haskell, F#, and OCaml
The syntax for all three of these languages suck for actually writing applications.

Simple, find out the process that does the telemetry and use software to prevent it from accessing the internet.
Or you could do the other option, use linux with wine installed

I typically use WinRAR. Used FreeArc in the past, it has much better compression but found it to be buggy and the UI is kinda confusing.

PKZIP.
Still the best choice after all these years.

How are you /g/entlemen? What internet browser would you recommend for someone who has been using Opera as his main browser since 2003 and is still mainly using Opera@USB v.12.17 for internets? Should I try to getting used to the newer Chromium-based Opera or Google Chrome itself? Are newer version of Firefox any good?

I really don't want to change my main internet browser but Opera (as I know it) is more or less kill and some sites are getting impossible to browse using it. In the end all I want from internet browser is it to be a fast no BS one that simply werks or in other words what Opera used to be back in the day.

Is using the usb better than using the jack for some reason?
I never tried but guess I'd need to config alsa and it's a bitch wiith my laptop.
If it doesnt affect much, I'd rather stick to the jack.

Also, I saw some small Bose speakers in an electronic shop. Is the quality comparable for a pleb eared like me or will I notice the gap?

>>52078468
I have like 25 of those NIB in my closet.

I used to use them a lot (because I get new ones for free), but I stopped because you can't realistically clean them out. All the little tabs inside that hold the bars for the larger keys are so fragile that you're lucky to get it back together right once, forget about more than once.

>>52078574
The media controls on these are ok, but the volume knob gets lost easily and the USB hub is absolute garbage. They have the same problems as the other ones.

I also get tons of the mice, which are fine.
