Also im amazed by how much power amd could fit in such an small die at 32nm.
If you dissable cores from that thing i bet you could get an extremly power efficient compute machine, not much ipc but multi threaded applications make use of them, if amd didnt market it for "gamers" it could have sold a lot, now with vulkan and dx12 its true potential is showing.

Good price for a decent setup. HDD, memory, and PSU aren't the greatest, but they'll do.
the gpu alone new is 200 dorra, i'd say it's a pretty good deal if the other components are not very used and about to fail

Just installed opensuse 42.1, is there any must get stuff for it? or any useful programs in general to get? i have the kde version
Install whatever you need.
Try to do all your package and system management using YaST, and see how it goes.
YaST has always driven me crazy because it's always been crashy or weird for me, so I always just ignored it and did everything from the command-line. I'm curious if maybe Novell or whoever owns SUSE made is sane now.
