Not sure what private trackers are all about?
Check out the wiki and update it yourself if you want more instead of complaining like a fucking faggot. https://wiki.installgentoo.com/index.php/Private_trackers

Looking for a bunch and can't find public trackers

Are expensive gaming mice a meme?
Will a Logitech G503 be any better compared to my cheapo Sentey Gammitus GS-3500?
Will it have any noticeable differences in game?
>>51942993
See

>falling for the PC gaming meme
The main benefit is comfort and number of buttons. Logitechs also tend to be pretty well built compared to cheapos, but that's not always the case.
I had a G503 and really liked it, but got into CS and switched to a G303 because I wanted a smaller, lighter mouse.

holy shit you are retarded.
You are fucked, nigga.
>>51942937
So basically you fucked up the partitioning and/or bootloader setup somehow and then proceeded to destroy your Windows install?
Just boot to Linux, salvage what you can from the Windows partition to USB flash or something and then rethink what you want the computer to run.
>>51942970
during the ways of my idiocy i ended up getting a iso file of windows 10. Can i use my partiton manger and make something new out of that. Im gonna go back too 7 and how do i save this form of linux so i dont delete it. Pretty damn comfy but i need windows.
Good job, Firefox. You idiots killed the one thing I actually used.
Does anyone have a decent replacement for Tab Groups? All the ones I've seen so far are just glorified bookmark bars.

Talk about what you're working on, or the homework you are doing, or funny memes like average two ints or grad student code
List all of the projects you have started and given up on.
First for there is absolutely nothing wrong with singly-linked stack implementations.void stack_push(stack_t *stk, int data)
{
frame_t *frame = (frame_t *) malloc(sizeof(frame_t));
frame->data = data;
frame->next = stk->head;
stk->head = frame;
stk->size += 1;
}
int stack_pop(stack_t *stk)
{
if (stk->head == NULL)
printf("Stack empty.\n");
int data = stk->head->data;

stk->head = stk->head->next;

What's your opinion on custom Android firmwares, /g/?
For me, they're necessary for keeping an old phone fresh.
They sould make a gentoo rom.
>>51943469
Just install Linux deploy senpai you can run it in chroot with full xserver

What specifications should I look at when buying a new monitor ?
pic not relevant
>>51942214
IPS
Size+resolution
Always get a least full hd and if you go bigger than 24' you should probably go to 2k.
Also response time should you *shouldn't usually need to care on most good monitors.
>>51942945
2k is full HD... You are mixing up your buzzwords...
But yes obviously resolution, size of monitor, screen technology, color precision and price is relevant.
>>51942979
Yeah, you're right I'm just used to everyone I know and every flipping website referring to 1440p as 2k.
How did this even happen.
What are the biggest pros and cons of a macbook anon domini almost 2016?
Also is additional encryption on time machine necessary when the system HDD is encrypted already?
Pros: it's shiny
Cons: it's a Mac
cons - quantity of games, price
pros - everything else
Will they ever figure out a way to block automatic updates in Windows 10? Not "deferred", but completely and totally block.
I'm on LTSB N with deferred updates enabled and all of Rajeet's scripts run, but these automatic updates have me seriously considering going back to 7. For example, I lost all of my custom trackpad settings recently when Windows 10 decided the driver software needed to be updated (it didn't, it was fine). Not a big deal one time, but we all know they'll eventually un-do the pseudo-privacy scripts some of us employ.

Why wouldn't I?
How the fuck did intel manage to make single thread performance on Skylake chips worse compared to Haswell? Also only ~1% better multi-core performance?
Is intel fucking trolling us?
Shut the fuck and just give them your money.
No competition. AMD chips have been dogshit for the past 5 years so intel hasn't really had any incentive to make better chips. Their customers are also so fucking stupid they'll buy anything even if it's dogshit.
>>51941377
its due to cast dye shrinkage.
the jump from 22 to 14nm meant they probably had to sacrifice single core performance in favour of better multi core.
the only thing good about these new CPUs is the decreased power consumption, which is useufl for laptops.
if you looking to get it for a pc though, a top of the line a few generations back would be better than whats currently on the market
So, I'm at a crossroads here. I've been a long time mac user, but as I finish out film school I need something...stronger. Macs are cool as a visual piece but I think now I need something more practical. My question comes in here: What should I buy for editing?
Obviously something powerful but idk exactly where to start because I've been a macbook pro user for a while now, but I refuse to pay $2500+ for some mediocre hardware.
I have two questions:
Should I get a laptop or desktop? I normally love laptops but maybe a desktop will be more practical...

>>Should I get a laptop or desktop? I normally love laptops but maybe a desktop will be more practical here.
Unless you absolutely must have portability, a desktop would almost certain suit your needs better.
What's your budget?
>>51941337
$2000
Portability would be cool, but I also have my meme book pro to use for that since I don't do shit on the road anyway.
>>51941229

How long does DDing a drive take /g/? First time doing it, I'm installing arch and thought it would be a good idea to wipe the drive before I begin the install. Wiping ubuntu off it.

How long does it usually take you to copy 931.5GB of files? It's going to take that long.
