Its Bristol Ridge which is desktop Carrizo, and Stoney Ridge being shown for release tonight. Polaris is also going to be teased a bit.
Stoney Ridge is a newish part, and comes in two flavors. One is a binned Carrizo die, 1 module with 3 CU, the other is a new die bearing the same core counts. Super small and super cheap 28nm chip to replace all Cat core based parts. The Excavator module clocks high enough at low power to offset most of the multicore scaling advantage of the 4 core Jaguar unit.
It is *rumored* that a little bit of info on Zen/Summit Ridge will...

>>54845192
Have a look at the MSCE stuff, it's server based but it still applies to workstations. IE: group policies, registry, DHCP, DNS
>>54845257
Anything on the arcane art of registry and service tweaking? Low level IT stuff?
Does anyone use a web-viewer for instagram so you can scroll through a grid feed? Well they all stopped fucking working. Something related to instagram's new API.
Of course there's still instagram's official web viewer but it's fucking garbage. The whole company as a whole is becoming garbage. The logo design was just the beginning... and pretty soon they're switching to a fucking algorithm feed. What the fuck.
I mostly use instagram from my computer and would always use a grid feed that shows 3-5 columns of photos with several rows at...

Yeah, been using the Iconosquare viewer for 2-3 years and it just stopped working today. Only paid pro accounts now.
Currently using Gramfeed until it stops working. One day IG will make their own grid-like site.
>>54845226
Iconosquare was great for me last year, but it got glitchy as fuck in late 2015/early 2016. Right clicking would randomly stop working which drove me insane.
Also, the 'lists' had some major problems. It would often display just 1-3 pics at once. Then if you try to scroll down for more, it would only display another 1 or 2. As opposed to how it's supposed to work: open a list, have like 15+ pics immediately displayed, and 15+ more quickly load when you scroll towards the bottom.

Why not try Fedora since your already wearing one?
Will fanless notebooks take off?
>>54844807
With enough thrust, anything can fly.
>>54844807
>>54844819
How will it fly if it doesnt have fans?
Eventually processors will be so powerful at low voltages that most laptops wont need fans. Right now, we're not there and the new macbooks are shit.
Is my video card kill /g/?
>>54844706

its a glitch in the system
>>54844706
Try starting the Windows in the safe mode, if this error keep showing then no, but if this keep showing then yes.

/o/ here, im not very tech-savvy (just enough to troll the Best Buy employees) and needed help with figuring out if this laptop ive had in storage is any good.
Laptop is a Dell Latitude.
Would it be worth it to try and revive it?
Ive never turned it on but i have the charger for it.
I should also mention that i havent owned a non-smart phone computer in almost 5 years so this laptop could come in handy.
Will post pics.
Btw this thing weighs like 30lbs, i might start curling with it if its a dud
Turn it on and check specs...
It's most likely a paperweight.
Would be cool to have as a gaming laptop even if it was for PS1 games

This right?
My rent covers electricity.
Can I profit on this, miming btc or otherwise?

Does the Memebook Pro 15 inch (2015 with M370x) support 1440p @144hz over one of its thunderbolt connectors. I looked on some of the forums and they never gave an actual answer. If anyone can help me out on this that would be amazing.
>>54844529
No, 60Hz only.
Now fuck off.
>>54844536
Why exactly? It has DP 1.2/
who cares? you don't actually own that pos do you..
Ok this my be more for /v/ but is this worth anything and what eles is out there.
>>54844487
NO. Software solutions fucking blow.
The only headphone surround options you should use are the ones included as part of a game.
See Overwatch's Dolby option and OpenAL's HRTF options.
Nigga look up what HRTF stands for, that shit only works when its got access to positional data from the games themselves.
Do what /g/ has been telling people for years, buy a good pair of cheap "audiophile" headphones and a good desktop mic and GTFO
>>54844563
Cont. By software solutions I mean those included with Razer/ creative/ realtek software horseshit.
If EAX/OpenAL/whatever are integrated into the game, you're good.
you will never, EVER achieve true sound positioning with headphones. headphones are for 2 channels, actual speakers are for surround
